Heather Taylor serves as the Client and Agent Concierge for the Maddern Team, ensuring every client experience runs smoothly from start to finish. As a licensed Realtor and showing partner, she works closely with the team’s agents—assisting with showings, inspections, contractor appointments, and leasing—while supporting buyers and sellers wherever needed.

Heather plays a key role in delivering the attentive, white-glove service the Maddern Team is known for.
A Plano native, Heather loves serving the community she’s always called home.

Outside of real estate, she enjoys reading, exploring local thrift stores, and cheering on her son Matthew at the baseball field. Her daughter Avery is a theatre major in Lubbock, and Heather never misses a chance to see her perform. At home, life is happily run by four rescue dogs who keep things lively.
