Brad Maddern combines operational precision with a strong understanding of logistics, negotiation, and execution. Prior to real estate, Brad spent more than seven years managing professional golf events with the PGA Championships and events on the PGA TOUR, including the Byron Nelson Championship in Dallas. His experience in large scale project management, along with additional work in construction, operations, and the hospitality industries translates seamlessly into real estate where timing, coordination, and attention to detail are critical. Brad earned his degree from Central Michigan University. He enjoys following Detroit Sports even in DFW, playing golf, and most of all spending time with their son Michael and dogs Piper and Remi.
Jessica Maddern brings a strategic, people first approach to real estate, shaped by a background in communication, leadership and client advocacy. A former collegiate All-American golfer, she understands the value of discipline, preparation, and steady performance under pressure. Before entering real estate, Jessica spent more than a decade in fundraising, where her work centered on building relationships and helping organizations reach their charitable goals. That experience continues to form her approach today - thoughtful, focused, and deeply client centered. Jessica holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees from St. Mary’s University and was recently inducted into the St. Mary’s University Athletic Hall of Fame Class of 2025. She remains active in her community and on the golf course, she enjoys reading, water color painting, and spending as much time as she can with her 2 year old son Michael, and dogs Piper & Remi.
